From vegan, cruelty free own brand products in store; to inclusion, equity and belonging across the entire company - Superdrug already do good. But like everyone else, they found this kind of good hard to talk about.

To navigate the changing landscape of DEI and Sustainability, Superdrug needed a joined-up comms approach that tied the issues together, grounding them in Superdrug’s context.

These newly launched guidelines simplify complex topics, making them relevant and meaningful to Superdrug’s audiences. They create belief in accessible, environmentally low-impact and socially conscious shopping  – for everyone.

More importantly, they raise the standard of what’s expected from high street brands and the health and beauty industry. And though effective communication, our guidelines help Superdrug to continue inspiring change.
