The time when a company can ignore DEI has gone. Attitudes and expectations have evolved to the point where almost all of a company’s internal and external stakeholders expect there to be an effective strategy in place. However, despite DEI’s growing importance and ever-changing nature, the vast majority of companies communicate the issue in shallow, vague and meaningless terms.
